Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email admin@knifesupplies.co.nz for more information on the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

If desired we can exchange items instead of refunding. Items to be exchanged must be returned as above.

Exchanges can be a straight replacement (for example if the product was damaged in transit) or another item of the same value (for example if the original item is no longer required). Please email admin@knifesupplies.co.nz to discuss options and your desired course of action.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
